Asset Management AdministratorDepartment: Asset ManagementEmployment Type: Full TimeLocation: Leeds, UKDescriptionAs Asset Management Administrator, you will join our growing Investment and Operations team to provide administrative support for a variety of our investment services. You will support the team to ensure that an excellent client service is provided, through a variety of administrative tasks, effective client communication, and producing and analysing data.
Key Responsibilities
Providing administrative support, including client communication.
Regularly keeping our systems up to date and assisting with account onboarding.
Assisting with the co-ordination of account transfers to/from other providers.
Preparing reviews for Investment Manager Client meetings.
Production of illustrations and product literature to support the Investment and Sales process.
Daily reconciliation processing and transactional reporting of market transactions to the FCA.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Experience within investment management, operations or Financial Services is essential.
Educated to degree standard is desirable.
Experience of using a CRM and Portfolio Management system.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work to deadlines.
Excellent knowledge on investments within admin/operations.
Strong communication skills to communicate effectively with clients and investment managers.
