Our team at Sellick Partnership are actively working with an established housing association to recruit for an Asset Data Manager. This position will be responsible for the compliance related data used for investment and servicing purpose is complete and accurate across all core databases.

Responsibilities for Asset Data Manager:

  • Provide analysis and review of performance-based activities relating to your areas of responsibility; escalating and/or acting where required
  • Support the Asset, Property Maintenance, Affordable Development and Procurement teams to ensure that pre-contract requirements, specifications and tender documentation identify all relevant certification
  • Research and maintain an in-depth and current knowledge of all relevant and merging legislation (including planned updates and all amendments) and best practice relating to all areas of compliance/customer safety and related Health & Safety
  • Work in collaboration with the wider Property, Affordable Development, Housing and Building Safety teams to deliver a customer focused service

Essential requirements of Asset Data Manager:

  • Understanding of Landlord Compliance, servicing contracts and building safety standards
  • Knowledge of current and emerging challenges in the field of compliance and customer safety
  • Working knowledge of building construction, building standards, compliance obligations, planning regulations, regulatory standards, and leasehold legislation
  • Ability to understand, interpret, validate, and present complex data
  • Knowledge of the construction and the servicing/repairs associated with both domestic and non domestic buildings
