Cromwell Property Group is seeking an Asset Analyst to join our UK Asset Management team. Based in our London office, the Asset Analyst would be responsible for various aspects of asset management such as coordinating the production of business plans, forecasts & reports, translating strategy into business plans and supporting the supporting the rest of the Asset Management team.

Main position responsibilities
· Ensure accuracy of all provided asset data
· Produce timely asset-level reporting
· Model full lifecycle budgets from acquisition through to disposal
· Manage cash flow and investment projections
· Provide direction for and oversight of business plans, budgets, forecasts, leases, capex, transactions, analysis and approvals
· Analysis of property efficiencies, identifying opportunities for improved performance
· Support the European ESG strategy, policies and associated projects
· Carry out analysis and research
· Handle property management queries and approval requests
· Prepare documentation for internal and external funds approval process
· Develop and oversee periodic asset management reporting tools
· Provide analytical support to the UK Asset Management team:
· Provide pre-acquisition input and assistance
· Manage coordination of post-acquisition activities and integration
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
· Ideally, Real Estate-related degree or additional qualification
· Relevant work experience, ideally in Asset Management
· Ideally, familiar with YARDI system operations and elevate products e.g. Forecast Manager
Personal competencies
· Well-developed capacity for communicating at different levels, internally and externally
· Strong numerical and analytical skillset with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
· Highly numerate, with a commercial, service-orientated mindset and first-rate report-writing skills
· Ability to draw conclusions and prepare written findings and presentations, evaluate and determine asset and portfolio performance under a variety of scenarios using Excel modelling as a primary tool
· Ability to independently schedule tasks, prioritise them when necessary, and gather required data, resources and materials to meet deadlines
