Assembly Technician

Location: Cambridge (CB24)

Duration: 6 weeks initially

Hours: 9am until 5pm (Monday to Friday)

Salary: �25,000

Polytec are looking for an Assembly Technician for our client based just north of Cambridge.

Responsibilities:

* Mechanical assembly

* Build up mechanical sub-assemblies using drawings and general instructions

* Final assembly of full systems

* Ensure quality standards are maintained

* Ensure Health and Safety compliance at all times

Requirements:

* Previous mechanical assembly experience

* Ability to work on own initiative and follow work instructions

* Ability to work accurately producing work of consistent high quality

* Good written and oral communication skills
