Assembly Operatives

We are currently seeking Process Operatives to join our clients team.

As an Process Operative, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process by processing various products according to established standards and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Process & Assemble components accurately and efficiently to meet production goals


• Read and interpret work instructions and blueprints to ensure products are assembled correctly


• Inspect finished products for quality and report any issues or defects


• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area


• Collaborate with team members and provide support when needed


• Maintain accurate records of production activities and inventory


• Conduct routine maintenance on assembly equipment to ensure optimal performance

Requirements

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly role preferred


• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity


• Access to own transport due to location


• Be able to work shift patterns
