Assembly Operative

We are in need of skilled assemblers to join one of Bury St Edmunds' longest standing manufacturers as they continue to see consistent growth!
This specialist manufacturer are looking for candidates with a strong knowledge of hand and power tool usage and ideally, mechanical assembly experience.
The starting salary for this role is �11.44ph with a pay review available subject to a successful probationary period. Overtime is consistently available at time and a half as well!
Assembly Operative Duties: -

• Assembly of mechanical components
• Hand and power tool usage
• Fixing and securing small components
• Working with stainless / mild steel
• Maintaining a clean working environment

The role is an ongoing fulltime temporary position however there is the potential for a permanent position with good attendance and keenness to progress.
The standard working hours for this role are 06:00 till 16:00 Monday to Thursday with every Friday off!
