GSL are working with an Outstanding special school based in Camden which are seeking Aspiring Psychotherapists to join them this term as a SEND Teaching Assistant.

If you are a Psychology graduate, have a genuine passion for special needs, an interest and experience supporting children with SEN- this 1:1 Teaching Assistant post - IS NOT TO BE MISSED!!

THE SCHOOL:

This special school based in Camden caters to children with a range of needs, such as complex needs, autism and moderate learning difficulties. The school is made up of 260 students from ages 2-19 years.

THE ROLE:

• SEN Teaching Assistant - provide in class 1:1 support 
• ASAP start - Full Time & Long Term 
• Term Time - 8:30am - 4:30pm 
• £85 - £100 per day
• Work & learn alongside an OUTSTANDING Team 
• Gaining valuable experience with SEND before pursuing a career as a Psychotherapist

IDEAL PERSON:

• Graduate with a strong academic background – ideal for Psychology graduates! 
• Previous SEN Teaching Assistant experience an advantage! 
• Passionate about Special Needs / SEN
• Calm, caring & creative individual required
• Happy to do personal care
• Have team teach training (Desirable)
