Job Description:
As the Ethics Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for reviewing and managing a high volume of reports made to the Asda Ethics team, and subsequently identifying the type of allegation being made. You will pro-actively analyse how the concern should be handled, and ensure all cases are escalated to the relevant business partners.Alongside this you will maintain oversight of any investigations carried out, ensuring that cases are resolved in a timely fashion with a quality investigation. Following the outcome of an investigation you will work in collaboration with HR teams, investigators and relevant business partners to consider any remediation needs.You will act as a key point of contact and provide advice to stakeholders across the business on the Statement of Ethics, and ensure all enquiries are dealt with in a swift manner. You will support the Ethics Senior Manager to implement strategies to enhance and raise awareness of the Ethics programme across the business, and to deliver requirements for the International Ethics programme

Job Responsibilities:
This role may also suit someone who had experience in Compliance or within a Contact Centre or Customer Services environment and is confident handling high volumes of complaints.
Ideally you will have an understanding of how to deal with disciplinary and grievance issues, have knowledge of conducting investigations, have experience dealing with a large caseload and understand the basic principles of employment law. You may have gained this through working in an Ethics role, as a HR Advisor or Paralegal
In addition to this you will need to have a keen interest in the subject matter area as well as strong personal integrity. The ability to maintain confidentiality is critical, as is experience handling sensitive business and personal information.
You will need to have excellent communication skills and the ability to work flexibly and cross functionally with teams across the business.
