Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor
Location: Luton, Bedfordshire.
Salary / Benefits �22k - �40k + Training + Benefits
Future Select specialise in recruitment within the Asbestos Industry. We are working with a long-standing and reputable UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy. They are now seeking to take on a qualified BOHS P402 Asbestos Surveyor to cover Commercial, Domestic, Local Authority, Healthcare, and High Security sites. This role would suit someone who is looking to join a continuously expanding consultancy, who pride themselves on providing high quality work to their long-standing clients, ensuring work adheres to HSG 264 guidelines. Consideration will be given to candidates from: Aylesbury, Hemel Hempstead, Watford, St Albans, Hertford, Cheshunt, Stevenage, Oxford, High Wycombe, Witney, Abingdon, Reading, Slough, Windsor, Bracknell, Bedford, Northampton.
Experience & Qualifications:
" Holding the BOHS P402 qualification is essential to the role.
" Hands on experience working for a UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy.
" Fully versed in HSG 264 guidelines.
" Able to confidently work on a mixed portfolio of sites.
" Excellent communication and time management skills.
" Able to use TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
The Role:
" Attending a mixed portfolio of sites, carrying out management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys.
" Ensuring to carry out re-inspection surveys upon completion of work.
" Carrying out work in accordance with HSG 264 guidelines.
" Carrying out sampling of suspected ACMs on sites.
" Safely and correctly bagging of ACM samples prior to sending for analysis.
" Using TEAMS / TRACKER system to produce detailed reports.
