Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor.

We are currently recruiting in the Essex region for a longstanding Environmental Consultancy. They are now seeking to take on an Asbestos surveyor. You will be working across Healthcare, Industrial, Local Authority, Retail, and Leisure sites, ensuring surveys are carried out in line with HSG 264 guidelines and producing detailed reports for clients based off site findings. Our client can offer the successful candidate cross training into other environmental sectors, excellent holiday allowance, company pension scheme and generous basic salary.

Experience & Qualifications:
" Holding the BOHS P402 qualification is essential to the role.
" Will have experience working for an established asbestos company.
" Extensive hands-on experience working as a surveyor.
" Fully versed in relevant HSG 264 guidelines.
" Familiar using industry relevant systems e.g., TEAMS / TRACKER.
The Role:
" Working on a mixed portfolio of sites, carrying out management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys.
" Sampling of ACMs, ensuring to bag and label correctly prior to sending for analysis.
" Ensuring to work in line with HSG 264 guidelines.
" Working on TEAMS / TRACKER, producing detailed reports based on site findings.
" Carrying out onsite audits.
