Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor
Location: Chelmsford, Essex.
Salary / Benefits �22k - �38k + Training + Benefits
Our client is a professional and longstanding Asbestos Management company with a strong presence in the South East of England. They are now looking to take on BOHS P402 qualified Asbestos Surveyor to join their loyal team. You will be covering a mixed portfolio of sites across the South East and delivering high quality asbestos surveys. For the successful candidate, our client can offer long-term training plans, company pension scheme and generous holiday allowance.
Consideration will be given to candidates from: Maldon, Brentwood, Basildon, Southend-on-Sea, Cheshunt, Harlow, Bishop's Stortford, Saffron Walden, Colchester, Clacton-on-Sea, Dartford, Gravesend, Gillingham, Canterbury, Chatham, Maidstone, Croydon.
Experience & Qualifications:
" BOHS P402 or RSPH equivalent qualifications (mandatory).
" Will come from a UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy and will have experience working hands on as a surveyor.
" Able to demonstrate excellent practical knowledge of HSG 264 guidelines.
" Will be familiar using TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
" Will have excellent communication skills and will be always professional.
The Role:
" Undertaking management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys in line with HSG 264 guidelines.
" Carrying out sampling on ACMs prior to bagging and labelling correctly.
" Conducting re-inspection surveys upon completion of work.
" Producing comprehensive reports using TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
" Liaising with clients in a professional manner, providing support and advice.
