Due to ongoing business expansion, a reputable consultancy is currently seeking a self-motivated professional Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst to join their established team. This role will involve covering a diverse range of commercial contracts within the UK

Job Description:

They are seeking a trustworthy, professional, and diligent candidate with extensive experience as an asbestos surveyor and analyst. The ideal candidate should possess outstanding building/product/legislative knowledge and be experienced in electronic survey and air monitoring data capture and reporting. The role demands flexibility in working hours, a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both unsupervised and as part of a small team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct surveying & air monitoring activities to a high standard.
• Perform Detailed Management Surveys and Detailed Refurbishment & Demolition Surveys.
• Carry out background, personal, and reassurance monitoring.
• Conduct 4-stage clearances.
• Liaise with asbestos removal and other contractors on site.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant Health and Safety legislation and guidance.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Extensive experience as an asbestos surveyor and analyst.
• Hold P402, P403 & P404 (or RSPH equivalent) certifications.
• Current CSCS holder.
• DBS checked.
• Hold a current face fit certificate (full & half).
• Up-to-date medical certificate.

Preferred:

• Science Graduate with P401, S301, CCP, and/or CoCA certifications.
• Confined space trained.
