Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst.
Location: Birmingham, West Midlands.

Our client is an industry leading UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy who hold a national presence. They are now in the market for a qualified and diligent Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst. You will be covering Education, Manufacturing and Heavy Industry sites, conducting the full range of surveying and analytical duties, ensuring to maintain the company's high standards and professional reputation. Experience & Qualifications:
" Holding the BOHS P402, P403, P404 qualifications or RSPH equivalent is essential to the role.
" Will have experience working within an Asbestos Consultancy working as a surveyor / analyst.
" In depth knowledge of HSG guidelines.
" Will have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
" Confident in using industry relevant systems.
The Role:
" Working on a mixed portfolio of sites, conducting management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys.
" 4 stage clearances.
" Undertaking smoke, leak, background, re-occupation, and personal air testing.
" Re-inspection surveys upon completion of work.
" Undertaking onsite audits in line with client requirements.
" Liasing with clients, providing continuous support and excellent consultancy advice.
" Use of TEAMS/ TRACKER systems to produce detailed reports.
" Working in line with Health & Safety guidelines.
