Level of Experience: Trainee Asbestos Surveyor / Site Analyst through to Lead Asbestos Surveyor / Site Analyst/ Consultant
A successful and expanding Asbestos Consultancy specialising in Asbestos Surveys, Site Analytical and Consultancy services are recruiting for an experienced Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst based in and around the Leeds area. The successful candidate will carry out Asbestos Surveys and 4 Stage Clearances and Air testing, produce detailed reports on a portfolio of Healthcare, Education, Commercial and Industrial clients. For the right minded individual, our client can offer structured training into Asbestos Auditing/Quality Management.
Applications will be considered from: Bradford, Huddersfield, Wakefield, York, Halifax, Keighley, Harrogate Castleford, Batley, Barnsley, Rotherham, Sheffield, Doncaster.
Experience & Qualifications:
" Must hold the BOHS P402, P403, P404 or RSPH equivalent qualifications.
" Must have relevant experience working within the asbestos industry.
" Will be knowledgeable within relevant Health and Safety Legislations.
" Must have excellent communication and organisational skills.
The Role:
" Carrying out Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys across Healthcare, Commercial, Industrial and Educational sites.
" Undertaking the full range of Site Analytical duties such as 4 Stage clearances, Smoke, Background, Leak, re-occupation, visual reinspection and personal air testing.
" Using PDA / TEAMS / TRACKER system to produce site specific reports.
" Providing clients with re-occupation certificates.
" Liaising with clients.
" Ensuring all client needs are being met.
" Ensuring all work is being carried out in line with relevant Health and Safety legislations.
