Asbestos Analyst

Our client is recruiting an Asbestos Analyst to cover London and the surrounding counties.Responsibilities:Conduct, airborne fibre monitoring, fibre counting, and clearance works.Begin to develop skills and experience to conduct high level consultancy, and client advice on managing asbestos in estates and properties.Gain and maintain knowledge of all current Asbestos, health and safety, and CDM regulations.Ensure that all asbestos related work is carried out in accordance with company Asbestos Quality and Procedures Manual and associated documentation.Attend operational team meetings as and when required.Ensure that reports are completed in accordance with timescales set and to the required standard.Participate in the internal and external audit program for fibre counting, bulk sampling (if approved), surveying, and airborne fibre monitoring as required.Compile recommendations and technically review reports as necessary.To be alert to business opportunities and promote the services of the group, identify inter company sales opportunities, and pass leads.Skills/Qualifications:BOHS P403, BOHS P404 essential or equivalent.Experience in undertaking asbestos surveys and air monitoring.Familiarity with working for a UKAS accredited company.Experience in using handheld data collectors is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.A full UK driving license.This is an excellent opportunity to work for a well respected company.Disclaimer:This vacancy is being advertised by either Advanced Resource Managers Limited, Advanced Resource Managers IT Limited or Advanced Resource Managers Engineering Limited ("ARM").
