Greenacre are pleased to be supporting a social housing organisation, based in South London, with their recruitment of an ASB Officer.

The ideal candidate will have experience of managing high level complex cases and liaising with local partners such as the Police, Local Authorities, and other stakeholders.� The candidate will also need to identify the appropriate actions to be taken in accordance with our clients policies and procedures.

What will you do in the role?

• Identify and pursue legal action to prevent any ongoing nuisance occurring.


• Brief solicitors, prepare witness statement and attend court as a witness when appropriate.


• Support witnesses through the legal proceedings, explain court processes and also the significance of the judicial decision.

Who would excel in this role?

• A candidate with a solid knowledge of the relevant legislation and tenancy enforcement steps.


• Someone with a competency in preparing ASB cases for legal action to commence, and the ability to present that information.


• A valid UK driving license holder with access to a vehicle.


• Maintain up to date and accessible records in all areas, to include using computer systems and databases as well as existing systems, providing information and reports upon request. Excellent case management is essential.
