�15 - �20 per hour

Temporary ongoing Contract

Full Time, 37 hours per week

Sellick Partnership Ltd are currently recruiting for an ASB Officer to join one of our Oldbury based clients on a temporary ongoing basis

Daily duties of the ASB Officer consists of:

• Managing a caseload of Anti-social behaviour, environmental and nuisance issues
• Establishing efficient and effective strategies to prevent ASB
• Ensuring compliance with terms of tenancy agreements
• Working with partnership agencies, such as the Police
• Managing complaints of verbal and written abuse
• Progressing anti-social behaviour cases to resolution
• Undertaking regular estate inspections

The successful ASB Officer will have:

• Experience working within ASB/Housing or a relevant sector
• A full driving licence with access to a vehicle for business use
