NCJ 5 - 6 (FTE £23,500 - £23,893 - Actual Salary - £21,155 - £21,508) AET Wellbeing Cash Plan + Pension Scheme LGPS) + Additional AET Benefits

The role:
We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and enthusiastic Art and Technology Technician (which includes food technology) to support the students and teachers within the Art & Technology Department. You will work with the teachers and support staff to ensure that programs of personalised learning are set for students. You must be able to work on your own initiative and communicate effectively at all levels.
We are looking for someone who:
Will be able to offer invaluable practical and administrative support to teaching staff to support Art & Technology (Food) lessons.
Ideally have experience of working in a school within a workshop based environment or be a graduate with experience looking to enter into work in education.
Have good numeracy and Literacy skills with at least an NVQ2 in an Art or Technology subject
First Aid Qualified would be advantageous but not essential
