We provide a lively culture, employee rewards and recognition, and the opportunity to develop and implement innovative technology solutions.Job SummaryThe primary purpose of this role is to achieve the Parts & Service objectives by driving and improving your regional Distrigo Hub, Relay, Market, and Eurorepar Car Service businesses in regard to operational performance. Working with site management and leadership to ensure process and data are implemented, maintained and actioned. Working closely with Area Sales Manager's to ensure key operational Norms, systems and contractual criteria deliver the primary purpose. The role is dedicated to the following areas: South, South West & South WalesJob DutiesCreation, revision and management of operational standards (Norms) for sales, service, warehouse, CRM and customer satisfactionEnsure compliance with contractual criteria including staff, stock and first pick availabilityAssist with recruitment of key roles and ensure teams are registered on the LMS and fully trained according to relevant curriculumManagement of Speeder reporting system to include customer coding, system maintenance and BI reportingSystem set-up maintenance and training for Service Box, PLPR, Power Supply/Return, Power Line, Edoc, CMS/TMS, PCB, and LMSManagement of parts movement programme to increase customer satisfactionManagement of sales focussed systems, Insight and Onsight, Pinpoint and Distrigo websiteOnboarding of new investors including Distrigo Hubs, Markets and Relays as well as Eurorepar Car ServiceDefine, implement and maintain BPI/composite reporting. Ongoing consultation on data to help cashflow and profitabilityWork closely alongside Area Sales Managers to ensure systems and processes are in place to drive sales in all channelsWork with Network, NSC and EE to resolve issues and drive efficienciesBe an ambassador for simplification, customer satisfaction and process improvementWork with network management and senior leadership in a strategic consultative capacityExperience required3+ years experience in managing regional warehousing distribution, within the car parts industryIn-depth knowledge of the UK Aftermarket, Trade, and Network OperationsExcellent understanding of financial data,
composite/management
