Global MNC company, Joint venture of a major foreign automobile manufacturer.
Base Salary:
JPY6-8 million
Sales Area for this position: Aichi, Gifu, Mie, Shizuoka, Tokyo, Kanagawa
Job Location:
Work from home /FrequentBusiness trip
Status of Employee: Contract employee as Japanese subsidiary has not yet been established.
Language:
Fluency level of Japanese is a must, Business level of English would be preferable but not necessary
Job Duties
・Sales of genuine parts of a major foreign automotive manufacturer to dealers and independent repair shops in Japan, which are key clients.
・Act as a spare parts consultant for the foreign automotive manufacturer, providing information on inquiries, products, prices, and comparisons with OES to support independent repairers.
・Coordinate, manage, and improve the distribution of genuine parts.
・Monitor the business development (sales, KPI, etc.) of each sales outlet and wholesaler, confirming the achievement of initial targets and action plans.
・Implement point-of-sale activities, effective marketing, and promotions with sales partners.
・Approximately 3 days a week of domestic travel.
Experience
・Sales experience in the aftermarket sector of automotive parts.
・Availability for domestic travel approximately 3 to 4 days a week.
・Sales experience in OES (Original Equipment Supplier) in the automotive parts industry (preferred).
・Experience in aftermarket sales of automotive parts for repair shops and dealers (preferred).
・Experience working in the parts department of an automotive manufacturer or dealership (preferred).・Marketing experience or experience coaching and training clients (preferred).
