Responsibilities:
Manage, develop, and increase sales and profit contribution in existing and new customers in North Wales.
Meet sales and margin targets and budgets in line with guidance from the Regional Sales Manager/Managing Director.
Liaise with suppliers to maintain and review product knowledge.
Establish and maintain accurate customer records, product profiles, promotional calendars, customer database, and pricing files.
Devise and review clear journey plans and customer categorisation.
Plan and execute sales opportunities in new market sectors.
Act as an ambassador for our client, promoting the company's services.
Engage in annual planning and budgeting, ensuring accurate and achievable customer plans.
Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure the flow of customer, market, and product information.
Job Requirements:
Valid UK driving licence
Strong commercial acumen
Strong analytical skills
Extensive sales experience
Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record
Excellent IT skills (proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint)
Excellent team working abilities and networking skills
Results-oriented with a positive outlook
You will be responsible for managing, developing, and increasing sales and profit contribution in existing and new customers within North Wales. Using your strong commercial acumen and extensive sales experience, you will meet sales targets and budgets while maintaining exceptional customer service.
To excel in this role, you should have strong analytical skills and negotiation abilities. You will work closely with suppliers to maintain product knowledge, collaborate with internal departments to ensure the flow of information, and act as a company ambassador to promote our client's services.
