The Purpose of the Role of Area Sales Manager - Building Products :
As Area Sales Manager, your remit will be to sell a wide range of building products into an established customer base of independent builders merchants, and member of buying groups across parts of Greater Manchester and Yorkshire. Dealing at predominately branch level, your role will be to increase the number of a defined list of customers stocking products and introduce new product ranges to your clients. This exciting position will play to the strengths of those who enjoy developing long term relationships and excel in a fast paced environment.
For the position of Area Sales Manager - Construction Products, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
Managed a sales territory / field based sales
Must have sold to merchants / wholesaler channels, such as builders merchants and plumbing & heating merchants
Ambitious and driven to further their career
Structured and organised approach to sales
Excellent team working ability
Great relationship and account management skills
Driving licence & experience of using a CRM system
Benefits of this Area Sales Manager - Building Products:
Up to £45,000 base salary, plus 20% bonus, uncapped
