Area Sales Manager

Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager required to join a global manufacture of compressed air systems. The successful Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager will work remote, covering regions within the South East - Greater London, Essex, Hertfordshire and sorrounding areas selling compressed air equipment and managing key accounts within the compressed air sector via OEM / end user channels. The successful Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager will ideally have experience selling, servicing or managing accounts within the compressed air industry for products such as compressors, vacuum systems, filtration, blowers & dryers, downstream equipment, industrial refrigeration, chillers, condensate systems, nitrogen generators, gas generators or similar compressed air related products or services.
A service Engineer with compressed air and/or vacuum pumps experience looking to come off the tools and progress in to sales would be of huge interest. Package£40,000 - £50,000 depending on experienceHigh bonus schemeCompany car25 days holiday plus bank holidaysPhone, laptop plus additional benefitsArea Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager RoleCovering regions within the SSouth East - Greater London, Essex, Hertfordshire and sorrounding areas selling compressed air equipment and managing key accounts within the compressed air sector via OEM / end user channels.Manage and grow existing relationships as well as business development selling compressed air products and services.Maintaining new compressor sales with demonstration, exhibition and negotiation in order to achieve targets.Working closely with the compressed air service department to ensure an excellent standard of after-sales service is provided.Fully remote, working from home plus regular travel visiting customer sites.Liaise with various engineering departments.Area Sales Manager/ Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager RequirementsExperience as a Area Sales Manager, Sales Engineer, Business Development Manager, Key Account Manager, Account Manager, Technical Sales Engineer, Field Sales Rep, External Sales or similar within engineering.A service Engineer with compressed air and / or vacuum pumps experience looking to come off the tools and progress in to sales would be of huge interest.Determination, enthusiasm, and motivation to succeed and grow with a reputable global company.A technical engineering qualification, Apprentice trained, HNC, HND or engineering degree would be advantageous.Experience selling, servicing or managing accounts within the compressed air industry for products such as compressors, vacuum systems, filtration, blowers & dryers, downstream equipment, industrial refrigeration, chillers, condensate systems, nitrogen generators, gas generators or similar compressed air related products or services.Full clean UK driving license
