Area Sales Manager

Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager required to join a global manufacture of compressed air systems.
The successful Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager will work remote, covering regions within the South East - Greater London, Essex, Hertfordshire and sorrounding areas selling compressed air equipment and managing key accounts within the compressed air sector via OEM / end user channels.
The successful Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager will ideally have experience selling, servicing or managing accounts within the compressed air industry for products such as compressors, vacuum systems, filtration, blowers & dryers, downstream equipment, industrial refrigeration, chillers, condensate systems, nitrogen generators, gas generators or similar compressed air related products or services.
A service Engineer with compressed air and/or vacuum pumps experience looking to come off the tools and progress in to sales would be of huge interest.

• �40,000 - �50,000 depending on experience

Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager Role

• Covering regions within the SSouth East - Greater London, Essex, Hertfordshire and sorrounding areas selling compressed air equipment and managing key accounts within the compressed air sector via OEM / end user channels.
• Manage and grow existing relationships as well as business development selling compressed air products and services.
• Maintaining new compressor sales with demonstration, exhibition and negotiation in order to achieve targets.
• Working closely with the compressed air service department to ensure an excellent standard of after-sales service is provided.
• Fully remote, working from home plus regular travel visiting customer sites.
• Liaise with various engineering departments.

Area Sales Manager/ Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager Requirements

• Experience as a Area Sales Manager, Sales Engineer, Business Development Manager, Key Account Manager, Account Manager, Technical Sales Engineer, Field Sales Rep, External Sales or similar within engineering.
• A service Engineer with compressed air and / or� vacuum pumps experience looking to come off the tools and progress in to sales would be of huge interest.
• Determination, enthusiasm, and motivation to succeed and grow with a reputable global company.
• A technical engineering qualification, Apprentice trained, HNC, HND or engineering degree would be advantageous.
• Experience selling, servicing or managing accounts within the compressed air industry for products such as compressors, vacuum systems, filtration, blowers & dryers, downstream equipment, industrial refrigeration, chillers, condensate systems, nitrogen generators, gas generators or similar compressed air related products or services.
• Full clean UK driving license.
