Are you a Sales Manager or similar from a construction background with specification experience looking to join a long-standing and prestigious company, where you will be recognised as a technical expert in your field, with progression routes into Directorship?

In this highly autonomous position you will be based from home and travelling to site (50/50 split) to deal with specifiers and end customers. You will be selling facades/cladding solutions to the new build and refurbishment sectors, tracking the job over its live cycle through pricing, tender, and order stage.
Founded in the 80's, this manufacturer pride themselves on delivery excellent quality construction products across the UK, with dynamic growth plans to spread into new markets and double their business in the next 3 years.
This role would suit a Specification Sales Engineer/Manager from a construction background looking for a challenging yet rewarding role for a company they would be proud to represent.
The Role:

• Dealing with specifiers and end customers, selling facades/cladding solutions
• Working within the new build and refurbishment sectors
• Home based, in the Midlands office twice a week
• Travelling across the UK, staying away roughly once a week

The Person:

• Sales Manager or similar
• Experience specification selling within the construction sector
• Comfortable with travelling and staying away
