Area to be covered: South East
South London, Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Surrey, West & East Sussex, Hampshire, Kent, Isle of Wight and Channel Islands
Remuneration: £50,000 + £8,000 - £9,000 bonus

The role of the Area Sales Manager Building Envelope Systems will involve:
Field sales position selling a high quality manufactured range of thermal insulation, acoustic flooring, membranes and gas protection products
All of your time will be spent selling to a mixed route to market via builders merchants, merchants, distributors, stockist, hosuebuilders, local authorities, housing associations, engineers, contractors
Will deal with architects and specifiers however a much smaller element
Dealing with order values ranging from £5k -£100k depending on size and scope
Inheriting a successful territory
Will be required to conduct regular CPDs
Will work closely with internal team and other members of the sales team
The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager Building Envelope Systems with:
Must have construction field sales experience selling building products
Sold to builder merchants
Must have genuine desire to learn and expand your career
Numerate and IT literate ideally degree level education
Genuine hunger, desire to achieve goals and an analytical approach
