Excel Resourcing is currently looking for an experienced Area Sales Executive to join a friendly team.Role Description:This is a full-time hybrid role for an Area Sales Executive located in Wigan. The role involves a mix of fieldwork and remote work.Must have knowledge of the product and previous Sales Experience in the Plant Equipment.Your responsibilities will include:Generating leads and sales opportunities through prospecting, cold calls, networking, and customer visitsMeeting sales targets, managing accounts, and developing new business opportunities.Providing product advice and support to customers and prospectsMaintaining accurate and up-to-date customer and prospect data in our CRM systemCollaborating with colleagues and management to develop sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction.QualificationsStrong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targetsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.Experience in the construction or material re-handling sectors, with knowledge of Bobcat, Mecalac, or Hidromek machinery, plus self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently as well as within a team.Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systemsFull UK driving license and ability to travel within the assigned territory.Relevant degree or equivalent work experience would be beneficial.Location: WiganPay: TBCWe are an equal opportunity employer and considers all qualified applicants equally without regard to race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran status, or disability status
