EXPERIENCED MINE MANAGER, QUARRY MANAGER OR AGGREGATES PLANT MANAGER WITH EXPERIENCE IN EXTRACTION TO OVERSEE A RANGE OF OPERATION ACROSS NORTH KENT
ROLE: Area Production Operations Manager - Quarry & Aggregates
PACKAGE: £50-60,000 Plus Benefits and Excellent Pension
LOCATION: North Kent (multiple site cover)
PREVIOUS BACKGROUNDS: Mine Manager, Area Quarry Manager, Aggregates Plant Manager, Open Cast Mine Manager, Regional Quarry Manager, Quarry General Manager, Aggregates Recycling Manager
DUTIES: Area Production Operations Manager - Quarry & Aggregates
You will oversee production and a handful of Quarry sites
You will drive performance vs KPI’s
You will be responsible for a team of circa 30 staff
You will manage a sizable budget
You will ensure compliance to company policy especially in relation to health and safety, environment, and quality procedures.
EXPERIENCE: Area Production Operations Manager - Quarry & Aggregates
You will be an experienced man manager.
Ideally you will have any of the following NVQ in Quarry Operations, MPQC qualifications, NEBOSH, NVQ in SHE, WAMITAB / COTC or any other relevant qualification to the sector
