Join our diverse and empowering team today!Your Time at WorkTheir primary focus is to schedule all staff to work over varying shiftpatterns using company IT & software. Pay, HR, KPI reporting and GeneralAdministration functions will require the successful candidate to haveexcellent communication and organisational skills and the ability to adapt inan ever changing environment. Very strong IT skills are essential.The role operates within the contracts Operational Support Team and youwill work closely with the Operations Managers and Directors to ensureconsistency and daily operational management as the contract matures.- Ability to pass and hold National Security Clearance Vetting- Produce a Five year verifiable work historyOur Perfect WorkerKey Responsibilities- Administration of the team shifts Rota using company IT & Software.- Assist in supervising that manning levels are met for all duties and ad-hoc requirements.- Administration of sickness and other absences inline with company policies- Assistance in disciplinary matters, note taking.- Administration of contractual compliance, providing data to evidence KPI compliance asrequired.- Calculation of site specific benefits including payroll checks- Adhering to and improving administration processes and procedures- Maintenance and updates of Project plans and trackers- Supporting the Operations Support team and wider project team with ad hoc projects asrequired.- Coordination of mailbox and prioritising replies- General Administration support.Skills & Competencies- General Administration support.- Ability to manage multiple concurrent activities and adapt to a changing environment- Strong interpersonal skills - building trust and support- Excellent communication skills - written and oral- Competent IT skills, proficient in Google Suite- Adherence to company policies & operating proceduresKey Information and Benefits- 224 hours (28 days per annum inclusive of bank holidays)- Company National Pension Scheme,- Dell, Vodafone and O2 discounts,- Perks at Work (national discount scheme),- Aviva car, home, and travel insurance discount,- Health Saturday Fund (health cash plan for you and your family).About StafflineStaffline is the biggest recruiter in the UK and Ireland, and we believe in putting people first.
