We are looking for an multi-site General Manager/Area Manager with superb people skills, the ability and experience to train and push your restaurants to the next level through inspiring your teams to achieve excellence.
Essentials:
You will have a huge focus on your people, recruitment, training, learning and development.
You will be able to show experience of engaging large teams and driving sales.
Experience of overseeing high volume, premium dining restaurants & bars in London.
An Area Manager that is going to make a big impact, bring energy and challenge your people through setting targets while offering support and the tools to achieve them.
