After a busy few years establishing ourselves (and becoming the no.1 most ordered item on Deliveroo in Manchester during lockdown) we’re now expanding to new areas and growing our support team.What we’re looking for:As Area Manager who can lead and inspire our crew to be the best in the industry. You are a problem solver and a do’er and are determined to win. You are a hands-on operator who is self-driven and are a keen troubleshoot. You think on your feet and continually strive to achieve operational excellence. You find solutions quickly and are able to drive results through the development of your teams. You live and breathe operations so you’re not afraid of rolling up your sleeves and getting stuck in. Some key responsibilities:· Daily management of all sites- you know exactly what’s happening in all of your stores· Full accountability for financial results- you push to exceed all your KPI metrics set and continually look to grow Burgerism. You are financially astute and can identify and drive key business areas and related sales and profit lines.· Command the details- you look for improvements everywhere to deliver excellence every time.· Strong People management- you know your people inside out and what support, guidance and development is needed for them to excel. You manage people performance well and celebrate people success.· You make sure every store is set for success every day with a constant recruitment drive· Alongside the support team, you are able to build and maintain relationships with our suppliers and manage food quality· You’re able to monitor and manage food brand standards across the business through regular checks and a formal food check system· You can identify additional training needs for supervisory & management roles across Burgerism· You have solid experience in new store openings.
