Are you looking for a new challenge, where you will be part of the leadership team and help support the development and expansion of our established service In BarnsleyBarnsley Recovery Steps is an all age substance use service providing support to individuals around their drug and/or alcohol use. We are looking for an exceptional manager who can demonstrate an ability to Lead & Inspire our teams to deliver results and achieve greatness and service excellence.This is an exciting opportunity to join the senior management team as Area Manager..Operating within a busy environment, supporting people with at times very complex needs, we need to recruit somebody with experience within the sector and the ability to support the delivery of high-quality treatment systems. We are looking for someone with:Demonstrable experience of working within substance misuse and managing within a treatment system (at least two years management experience at this level)Good working knowledge of the evidence base, relevant legislation and funding streamsStrong partnership working and relationship management skillsAbility to oversee and ensure strong governance processesGood communicatorAbility to work in a pressurised environment enabling the delivery of high quality care.Ability to foster a positive working culture and environmentCheck out the Area Manager full job description and person specifications.
