Area Manager Midlands & North Wales area - RESIDENT UK-

A world-class manufacturer of semi-finished ingredients for ice cream and confectionery is looking for two experienced
Area Manager RESIDENT UK , one to cover the Scotland area and one to cover the Midlands and North Wales area.
This is a key role within this well-known Italian company that is investing heavily in the UK market and offers successful candidates the opportunity to manage multiple quality brands.
We are looking for professional and highly motivated individuals who are well organised, tenacious and eager to achieve results.
Knowledge of Italian and previous sales experience in the food industry ( bakery-pastry, ice cream or beverage sectors) will be considered a plus.
The role involves weekly travel.
Objectives:
Manage an existing customer portfolio, ensuring customers feel valued and building a strong working relationship.
Promote new business by opening new clients, industrial and artisan.
Act as a passionate ambassador for our brands and company.
Provide practical training through demonstrations, etc.
Demonstrate the ability to work towards and consistently meet targets and KPIs.
Be motivated to achieve set targets within set deadlines, meeting individual and team goals.
