Area Manager - Care

Summary of Job:
We are looking for a strong leader and confident practitioner with experience of working with people with a learning disability and/or mental health needs. The individual will need significant supervisory and management experience and be able to lead and co-ordinate the delivery of personalised accommodation and community based services for people with a learning disability or mental health diagnosis across the West Midlands.
The services
you will be responsible for provide personalised support to people with learning disabilities, people who are on the autistic spectrum, other health led and/or complex needs.The service provides support
in a variety of accommodation settings to include to 24 hour residential and supported living services, and floating community support.
You will be required to hold the registration with the CQC for the supported living services and provide direct supervisory support for the registered manager for our residential service. You will line manager a team of managers as part of your role.
