Our client is searching for a graduate to join their graduate program with a direct pathway to become an Area Manager.
About the Company:
Our client is a global supplementary education provider to children, specialising in Maths and English programs. These are tailored to any ability and the method allows children to manage their learning with the guidance of instructors.
This education provider spans over 60 countries and regions with over 20,000 instructors worldwide. Their method has become famous over the past century for adapting to the right level of study for each child.
They are beginning this graduate scheme in July 2023 with positions in Bristol, Birmingham, Newcastle and Glasgow.
The Role:
The Graduate Program is comprised of three six-month long rotations of the business. It is tailored to provide graduates with experience of the business whilst equipping them with skills, attributes and confidence to progress towards effective Area Managers.
Program Structure:
The first 5 months are based in London with a dynamic, structured and engaging learning and development plan, with dedicated time in departments including technology, appeal, customer service, and business trends
You will then be based outside of London at one of the regional offices in the UK, in either Newcastle, Glasgow, Birmingham or Bristol
Possible 2 weeks experience in an international office
Area Manager role:
Act as a coach, mentor, and confidante to the franchisees in your area
Work strategically with your colleagues and counterparts in other areas to deliver growth
Be a brand ambassador, protecting the integrity of the learning method
Develop recruitment and retention of students
Improve practise of the learning method
Analyse Instructor and student progress
Ensure continuous learning & development
About You:
Ability to interact, engage and influence
Excellent communication skills
Will contribute to the culture of openness, integrity, and being solutions oriented
Recently graduated with a bachelor’s degree, 2:2 or above
At least a grade B in GCSE Maths and English
A full UK driving license
Desire for a career in management
Passionate about the education sector
Able to relocate for the final 6 months of the program - at no cost to yourself
