Are you filled with joy at the thought of scudding through the forests on a snowmobile or behind a team of huskies, gliding silently through the water in search of whales, experiencing the Aurora through the glass roof of your cabin or from the top of a hill away from the bright lights of the city, and exploring landscapes so spectacular they take your breath away?Job PurposeCreate and convert the sale of high-quality tailor-made itineraries and tours for current and future Regent clients, ensuring to meet clients’ needs whilst maintaining commercial focus and delivering agreed revenue and profit targets.Job DescriptionManage relationships with clients to engender loyalty and repeat business for the ITC portfolioProvide packages that are “tailor-made” to suit the individual needs of our clientsQualify sales enquiries to establish client’s requirements are suitable for Regent’s product offering to maximise sales conversion ratesMaintain commercial knowledge and understanding of all products and hotels/flights/infrastructure to ensure all sales opportunities are maximisedProduce and audit supporting documentation, taking responsibility for ensuring client’s bookings are accurate and to a high standardThe role is full time and based in our Bristol office with the Regent Team.
