Job DescriptionArchitectural Technologist Job in Cambridge, East AngliaArchitectural Technologist Job in Cambridge, joining an employee-owned company with 3 offices across England. they are looking to grow the Cambridge office significantly this year, and can offer up to £39,000, a yearly bonus, and 2 days WFHMy client is currently working on a range of defence, education, and healthcare projects with both public and private clients, they are looking to make multiple appointments over the next year driven by a strong pipeline across a range of sectors.Role & ResponsibilitiesDeliver projects through the preparation and review of drawings, schedules, and specifications, checking for accuracy and compliance with appropriate current standards and client requirementsLiaise with clients to assess their needsProduce construction and tender packages in RevitSecure planning permission, obtain tender quotations by orders and company procedures, and undertake contract administration and reporting to clientsEnsure quality measures, H&S guidelines, and other statutory and environmental legislations are adhered toMake site visits when required.Required Skills & Experience3+ years post qualification and must hold a relevant degree / HND or HNCMust be proficient in RevitHave a proven track record of delivering significant projects to completionExperience in Healthcare is highly desirable but not essentialDBS is not requiredStrong technical skills.What you get backUp to £39,000 DOEEOT bonus scheme25 days Holiday + Bank holidays2 days a week working from homePension schemesProgression pathways into a senior position.ApplyIf you meet the criteria above, send us your CV and portfolio.
