Role – Architectural Technologist
Type - Permanent
Location – Newcastle upon-Tyne
Salary - £34,000 - £42,000
CDM Recruitment are delighted to announce they have an opportunity for an Architectural Technologist to work at an award-winning multidisciplinary architecture practice in Newcastle upon-Tyne.
The Architectural Technologist will have the following attributes:
3+ years’ post qualification professional experience.
A degree in Architectural Technology or other relevant qualifications
Proficiency with both Revit & AutoCAD is essential
Experience producing detailed construction drawings, as well as planning application drawings
Site experience of inspecting projects during construction and contract management
A good knowledge of UK Planning and Building Regulations
The Architectural Technologist role will involve:
Working in a Revit & BIM Environment
Assist with running and overseeing projects
Producing detailed technical drawings in an accurate and timely manner
Liaising with the client and all members of the project team
Producing planning applications and building regulation drawings
Evaluating site conditions and performing site surveys
Chair design and project meetings
