Architectural Technologist

Architectural Technologist in Sussex?�

I am working with an AJ100 firm who are looking for an mid-level Architectural Technologist to join their team.�

They are based in the Worthing area, and work on a variety of projects, including residential, education, commercial, healthcare, and hospitality.

You will be working on RIBA Stage 4 onwards, and you will need to show experience in preparing working drawings, consented planning information and contributing to projects in line with the clients brief.�

Revit and AutoCAD are the softwares of choice, alongside these you will need to demonstrate excellent IT skills, good communication skills, clear understanding of up to date Building Regulations, NHBC/LABC Warranty Guidance and Associated Housing Standards.�

The salary will be based on ability and experience but is expected to be �35,000-�38,000.�
