Conrad Consulting's latest vacancy is offering the chance for a motivated, Architectural Technologist / Technician to join a Multi-disciplinary Architectural, Building Consultancy, and Interior Design Practice as they embark on an expansive programme of work in the world of electric charging infrastructure.

Based in either their Skipton or Leeds studio, our client is a well-known, large Architecture practice with an excellent working culture and Company Values. Their experienced Architectural team has a stellar reputation for having designed and delivered numerous high quality projects across the breadth of the UK. Their portfolio of work spans multiple sectors, many of these on behalf of repeat clients that have been returning for decades.

An outstanding opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and experienced Architectural Technician / Technologist to become an important part of this company and join their thriving energy team. This will be a very unique role focusing on multiple electic forecourts and rapid charging station projects across the whole of the UK. These buildings will be high-spec and often incorporate hospitality and retail spaces, so we are looking for a competent individual to take real leadership in their design and development of these complex schemes.

Architectural Technologist / Technician with at least 3-5 years' experience within the UK Architectural industry, more experienced Technologists up to senior level will also be considered.

REVIT is the main software package used within the practice so would be a highly essential attribute for you to have - Architectural Technologists / Technicians with advanced BIM experience will also be looked upon favourably.

Architectural Technologist / Technician Requirements:

• A degree in Architectural Technology or equivalent
• Proven experience in an Architectural Practice background with at least 3-5 years experience.
• Demonstrable experience operating on large scale projects/developments.
• High proficiency using both AutoCAD, REVIT (BIM).
• Confident job runner with previous project delivery experience
• Broad experience in the production of technical drawing/detailing packages
• An awareness of standard UK Building regulations
• Confident in coordinating and liaising with other consultants.
• A flexible and positive approach to working with a team or autonomously.
• Security clearance (Or ability to obtain) would be beneficial.
• Be based within commuting distance of either Skipton or Leeds

The successful Architectural Technologist / Technician will have the opportunity to join a dynamic team and become part of a cultural sound and energetic business. There is the option to work from home when required and flexible working hours to suit individual needs. A competitive salary/package is available for the successful candidate between �28,000 - �35,000 per annum.
