I am delighted to be recruiting for a successful Architectural Practice who have a diverse portfolio spanning multiple sectors with specialised focus on the residential and retirement sectors. They work alongside some of the leading National housing developers and utilise their 40+ years in the industry to deliver innovative designs. They are seeking a driven and passionate Architectural Technician to join a friendly team of 70 split across three offices. You will be joining the thriving office in Hampshire. The successful Architectural Technician will have some post qualification experience, working on large scale residential projects and be a confident user of industry standard software.
Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:
A few years of post-qualification experience
Degree or HND in Architectural technology
Proven record of working on residential and mixed-use projects
Experience working with housing developers
Strong technical expertise
Proficient in AutoCAD , Revit and the Adobe Suite
Thorough understanding of current UK building regulations
Comprehensive knowledge of NDSS
Attentiveness to detail
Excellent communication skills
Work well within a team
Proactive and enthusiastic attitude
Live locally to the Hampshire area
