This Architectural Technician role is based in Southbourne and is offering very flexible working hours. The working hours are 35 hours (Core hours being 10am-4pm). This role is paying up to around £24,000 based on experience.
This company specialise in Architecture, Planning, Real Estate and Asset Management. They are based down on the South Coast, however, due to success and growth, they are currently expanding their business and opening further branches. They are an ambitious, innovative company, operating in both private and commercial sectors, supporting clients from idea to design to construction.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the collation and organisation of technical information, which they then need to investigate to identify factors that affect design and development. They will also need to prepare applications and design proposals, utilising CAD software. The successful candidate will also be required to prepare drawings, plans and specifications to aid the design process and construction. The role also requires contributing to the health and safety and the risk assessments. There is also an aspect of attending/contributing to meetings and preparing documents to accompany.

You will need:
Ideally 1 year within a similar role
Ideally a degree or higher in Architecture
Strong industry knowledge and understanding
Familiar and competent with CAD software
Exceptional communication and organisational skills
A keen eye to detail
