Salary: �30,000 - 40,000 depending on experience

They are specialist within residential, listed buildings and conservation sectors as well as having a number of new builds, barn conversions, leisure and hotel projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented Architectural technician to join this well established RIBA Chartered Practice in the stunning surroundings of the Cotswolds/ Gloucestershire.

The successful Architectural technician will be technically minded ideally with strong Revit and AutoCAD Skills, previous knowledge working on heritage, residential large scale complex projects with extensive port qualification experience.

Responsibilities, skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technician:

• Degree or HND in Architectural Technology or relevant qualification
• Substantial post qualification experience in a UK Architectural Practice
• Proficiency with Revit is desired
• Good knowledge of using AutoCAD
• Experience working on residential projects small to large scale
• Proven record of designing for conservation and listed building projects
• Passionate about breathing life into old and new buildings
• Strong technical abilities
• Attentiveness to detail
• Work well within a team
• Keen to grow with the company
• Proactive and positive attitude
• Live locally to the Cotswolds / Gloucestershire area
