My client started out as a family builder and has progressively grown into a well-known house builder specialising in family homes.
My client is on the lookout for an experienced Architectural Technologist with Residential/ house builder experience who has previously worked for an Architect practice or a house builder.
This role has become available due to growth, and this is an exciting opportunity for someone who is keen to progress and develop.
Duties
Producing standard house designs as well as technical site layouts please
Standard house pack designs
Take site layout plans to technical working drawings.
Produce standard library details from scratch.
Co-ordinate designs with external engineering consultants
Check, overlay and approve sub-contractor designs.
Set up architectural standard process and procedure. <...
