With exciting projects in the pipeline this is an excellent opportunity for a driven Architectural Technologist to join their team in Brighton. The successful Architectural Technologist will have a degree in Architectural Technology or similar qualification being proficient in Revit and AutoCAD as well as proen experience working on medium to large scale residential projects. Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist:HND/ HNC or degree in Architectural Technology ideally CIAT accredited Sufficient post qualification experience within the Architectural IndustryExperience working across the residential, education and mixed used sectors is advantageous Proven track record of working on medium to large scale projects Excellent technical capabilities Well versed in Revit and AutoCADAbility to adhere to and exceed clients expectations Confident working independently with limited supervisionComprehensive knowledge of current building regulations Able to be heavily involved in running jobs on siteLiaise with clients, contractors and other professionalsWork well within a team environmentTechnically minded with a keen eye for detailLive locally to Brighton Capable at producing high quality detailed drawing packagesKeen to input to continued company growthInterested in this or other roles in Architecture.
