My client is a looking for a talented and ambitious Architectural Technician to join their knowledgeable team in Essex. The practice pride themselves on creating innovative designs across projects of all scales in the Residential, Retail and Leisure sectors whilst ensuring client-led solutions.

The successful Architectural Technician will have a strong attention to detail and sufficient Retail project experience. You will need to be motivated and have an ambition to grow and progress your career.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:

• CIAT Accredited or working towards depending on your level
• Sufficient experience post-qualification
• Retail experience is essential
• Understanding of current building regulations
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Good knowledge of industry standard software
• Keen eye for detail and innovative design flare
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction and material
• Confidence to learn and manage projects from inception to completion
