Architectural Technician

An excellent long term contract opportunity has arisen for a Architectural Technician / CAD Technician join an expanding Property Consultancy who deliver projects and complex survey programmes.

Our client requires an experienced Architectural Technician / CAD Technician to carry out detailed surveys, drawings elevated plans, building layouts and site plans.

You will from home and the office when required, the role is very flexible for a work life balance.

The contract will last for years long term due to the nature of the work.

Day rate �250 to �300 per day depending, outside IR35.

We are seeking an Architectural Technician / CAD Technician with excellent personal and communication skills with the ability to excel within a property consultancy.
