We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Architectural Technician with an eye for detail to join a friendly, multidisciplinary team in Greater Manchester. The practice has a wide range of exciting projects across the Education, Commercial, Healthcare and Residential sectors and they have an exceptional reputation across the UK.

To be successful in this role you will ideally have several years experience and proven technical abilities. You should have a passion for creative problem solving to provide outstanding designs for clients.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:

• Several years experience as an Architectural Technician
• Produce detailed technical drawings and documentation in collaboration with the architectural team
• Meet project deadlines and deliverables whilst working with project managers
• Strong technical skills
• Expert knowledge of UK building regulations and construction standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills
• Revit knowledge is essential
