Architectural Technician

Experienced Architectural Technician required to join a busy Architectural studio in North Manchester.
This practice specialise in Architecture Design, Project Management, Building Services and several other construction-related disciplines. All employees work closely together, creating an innovative, creative and supportive workplace.
Having been established now for many years this company have specialised in the development of projects within: Commercial, Retail and Industrial sectors. Having recently been appointed to a significant local framework and with numerous new schemes commissioned they are now looking to bolster their Technical team with a new appointment.
Ideally this individual will be an Architectural Technician that meets the following criteria:
* A relevant Architectural qualification (degree/HND/HNC)
* Experience of working within a multi-disciplinary environment - beneficial
* Experience working on Retail, Commercial & Industrial projects - beneficial
* Have good knowledge of the UK planning application process and UK Building Regulations
* Excellent communication, organisation & time management skills
