I am actively recruiting for a talented Architectural Technician to join a successful, dynamic and highly reputable Architectural Practice in Leeds. This RIBA Chartered Practice utilise their extensive experience to deliver forward thinking sustainable designs which are driven by their talented team and heavy investment into the latest technology. Their diverse portfolio covers numerous sectors such as education, leisure, commercial and conservation. This is an excellent opportunity to develop and hone your abilites whilst working on a range of exciting and significant projects in a supportive team.

The successful Architectural Technician will have strong technical abilities, being able to produce high quality technical drawings with proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.

Experience, skills and responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:

• Hold a HND/HNC or degree in Architectural Technology
• Post Qualification experience in a UK architectural practice
• Confident user of Revit and AutoCAD
• Excellent communication skills
• Competent knowledge of UK building regulations
• Strong technical expertise and drawing ability
• Experience working on projects such as retail, residential, commercial and leisure
• Driven in continual professional development
• Passionate about integrating sustainability into designs
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude
